Welcome to Vibe Ads from HoiAI (at vibeads.hoiai.net). By using our service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

Vibe Ads from HoiAI is a web application that helps you manage your Google Ads advertising accounts through OAuth 2.0 connection. The service provides the following features:

• Create Ads: Create campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ad copy on Google Ads
• Monitor Performance: View cost reports, clicks, conversions, and advertising performance metrics
• Adjust Ads: Update budgets, bids, status, and ad content

2. Account and Access

a. Login

You log in using your email and OTP code (sent via email). You are responsible for keeping your email secure and not sharing your OTP code with anyone.

b. Google Ads Authorization

When you grant access to Google Ads, you authorize Vibe Ads to perform advertising management actions on your behalf. You confirm that you are the legitimate owner or authorized manager of the Google Ads account.

c. API Token

API tokens are created for use with AI tools or automation platforms. You are responsible for keeping your token secure and bear all consequences of its use. You can revoke your token at any time.

3. Your Rights and Responsibilities

• Use the service for legitimate advertising management purposes only
• Comply with Google Advertising Policies
• Do not use the service to violate laws or third-party rights
• Do not attack, disrupt, or abuse the system
• Keep your login credentials and API tokens secure

4. Limitation of Liability

Vibe Ads provides a platform for connecting and managing advertising. We are not responsible for:

• The effectiveness or results of advertising campaigns
• Costs incurred from running ads on Google Ads
• Policy changes from Google or Google Ads
• Damages due to lost or leaked API tokens that you failed to secure properly
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues

5. Revocation and Termination

• You can stop using the service and revoke Google Ads access at any time via Google Account Permissions
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated
• Upon termination, your OAuth tokens and API tokens will be invalidated

6. Rate Limits

To ensure quality of service for all users, each API token has request limits. Exceeding the limit will result in HTTP 429 error code and require waiting before retrying.

7. Intellectual Property

The interface, source code, and design of Vibe Ads are our property. Your Google Ads data remains entirely your property.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Điều chỉnh quảng cáo: Cập nhật ngân sách, giá thầu, trạng thái và nội dung quảng cáo

2. Tài khoản và quyền truy cập

a. Đăng nhập

Bạn đăng nhập bằng email và mã OTP (gửi qua email). Bạn có trách nhiệm bảo mật email và không chia sẻ mã OTP cho bất kỳ ai.

b. Cấp quyền Google Ads

Khi cấp quyền truy cập Google Ads, bạn cho phép Vibe Ads thay mặt bạn thực hiện các thao tác quản lý quảng cáo. Bạn xác nhận rằng bạn là chủ sở hữu hợp pháp hoặc được ủy quyền quản lý tài khoản Google Ads đó.

c. API Token

API token được tạo để sử dụng với các công cụ AI hoặc tự động hóa. Bạn có trách nhiệm bảo mật token và chịu mọi hậu quả từ việc sử dụng token đó. Bạn có thể thu hồi token bất kỳ lúc nào.

3. Quyền và trách nhiệm của bạn

• Sử dụng dịch vụ đúng mục đích quản lý quảng cáo hợp pháp
• Tuân thủ Chính sách quảng cáo của Google
• Không sử dụng dịch vụ để vi phạm pháp luật hoặc quyền của bên thứ ba
• Không tấn công, phá hoại hoặc lạm dụng hệ thống
• Bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập và API token của bạn

4. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Vibe Ads cung cấp nền tảng kết nối và quản lý quảng cáo. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về:

• Hiệu quả hoặc kết quả của các chiến dịch quảng cáo
• Chi phí phát sinh từ việc chạy quảng cáo trên Google Ads
• Các thay đổi chính sách từ Google hoặc Google Ads
• Thiệt hại do mất hoặc lộ API token mà bạn không bảo mật đúng cách
• Gián đoạn dịch vụ do bảo trì hoặc sự cố kỹ thuật

5. Quyền thu hồi và chấm dứt

• Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ và thu hồi quyền truy cập Google Ads bất kỳ lúc nào qua trang quản lý quyền Google
• Chúng tôi có quyền tạm dừng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản nếu phát hiện vi phạm điều khoản
• Khi chấm dứt, token OAuth và API token của bạn sẽ bị vô hiệu hóa

6. Rate Limit (Giới hạn tốc độ)

Để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ cho tất cả người dùng, mỗi API token có giới hạn số lượng request. Vượt quá giới hạn sẽ nhận được mã lỗi HTTP 429 và cần chờ trước khi thử lại.

7. Quyền sở hữu trí tuệ

Giao diện, mã nguồn và thiết kế của Vibe Ads thuộc sở hữu của chúng tôi. Dữ liệu quảng cáo Google Ads của bạn vẫn hoàn toàn thuộc quyền sở hữu của bạn.

8. Thay đổi điều khoản
